Answer

For surveys where participants taste and answer questionnaires about snacks, beverages, fruits, frozen foods, alcoholic beverages, etc., we have a lot of experience, so please feel free to contact us.

Please not the point in surveys involving food tasting.

Since we handle samples that are going to be consumed, unlike regular surveys, the following points is necessary:
・ It is important to confirm the participants’ “food allergies” in advance.
・ Only ingredients/substances approved domestically should be used.
・ If the sample is not at room temperature, but refrigerated or frozen, we will have to confirm equipment such as refrigerators and temperature management.

Advantage of tasting tests at the venue:

By coming to the venue and tasting samples while being interviewed, we can receive immediate, unfiltered impressions and opinions about the snacks.

Also, since participants can see the actual snacks rather than images online, package evaluation is possible. If there is a large amount of sample tasting or if it coincides with mealtime (lunch or dinner), announcements such as asking participants to reduce their usual meal intake will be necessary.

Furthermore, in the case of tasting alcoholic beverages, caution is required, such as ensuring participants use public transportation to come to the venue.
