We have a lot of experience with many items such as snacks, beverages, fruits, frozen foods, and alcoholic beverages. Products are sent to participants’ homes for tasting, and they give us feedback via web surveys.
Since we deal with items that are ingested, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points as it is irregular surveys:
1. ‘Food allergies’ must always be checked in advance.
2. Only items approved domestically can be surveyed.
3. In the case of a home-use test, since ASMARQ does not have storage facilities, items that need to be shipped under refrigeration (such as frozen foods or chocolates) must be scheduled to arrive at ASMARQ on the same day as they are shipped.
In the case of home-use testing, products under development may be sent to homes, so a high rate of product collection is required. Reminder emails and phone calls are used to maintain a high collection rate.
Packaging of sample products, creating shipping slips, retrieving sample products, sending rewards, etc., are all ASMARQ responsibilities.
Customers only need to prepare sample products and questionnaires. There is no need for packaging, shipping, or managing other labor-intensive tasks.
